Even though our signature fundraising event is the Walk to D'Feet ALS this October, we continue our fight for a cure year 'round. If it is not close to walk time and you would like to know how to help, here are a few ways: 1. Donation to the ALS Association: Consider supporting our on-going fight for a cure, with a donation to the ALS Association. You can host a fundraiser with your school, church or organization to help us raise funds. 2. Join us in Advocacy: Although we visit our members of Congress in Washington D.C. during National ALS Advocacy week in May, it is very important to spread the word about issues & opportunities with ALS throughout the community & legislators all year long. Please consider joining us as ALS Advocates by clicking here. Feel free to just sign up to receive email alerts on how you can help over email or to do even more. If you are in the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton or Columbus area, please select the Ohio Central & Southern Ohio Chapter when you register. It only takes a few minutes to become an advocate.
3. Corporate Sponsorship: Our Kids4Cure team has raised over $235,000 for the ALS Association since September 2004. We have set our next walk target for $55,555. We hope to reach that goal in 2008. We can only do this with the help of corporate sponsorship. There are several levels of sponsorship which offer a variety of benefits to corporations. Please submit your contact information to the left if you are interested in sponsorship information.
